Horacio Aránguiz

Horacio Aránguiz is an attorney who graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He has carried out a large part of his professional career in the area of ​​energy, beginning in 1994 at Enel Distribución Chile. He has held the positions of attorney, legal advisor of the company, and head of corporate, contractual, and commercial matters.

He was a member of the teams in charge of due diligence for the purchase of companies in the 90s. He is a member of the legal team in charge of the development of the Carter II Project and is currently the General Counsel of Enel Distribución Chile.
