Pietro Corsi

Pietro Corsi has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Pietro has held various managerial positions in companies such as Enel Chile, Enel I&N & Market, Enersis, Endesa, and ENEL. Pietro has led large-scale projects and implementations, developed talent management plans, overseen HR processes, and led change management strategies. Corsi has also managed union negotiations, designed training programs, and implemented compensation and benefits processes. Overall, they have a strong background in HR operations and has contributed significantly to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Pietro Corsi has a diverse education history. In 2014, they attended the London Business School and completed the Corporate Finance Programme, focusing on Finance. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in HR Management from Universidad de Chile in Santiago in 1994. In 1993, they earned a degree in Business Administration (Ingeniería Comercial) from Universidad Gabriela Mistral. Additionally, Pietro received a Coach certificado in Gestiòn de recursos humanos/Administraciòn de personal, general from The Institute for Life Coach Training [ILCT]. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Executive Coach from the ILC Academy in Miami, with an expected completion in 2023.
