Charlene Kim is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Enel Green Power since April 2022, Charlene supports various stages of project life cycles, focusing on tax equity financing, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, power purchase agreements, and vendor disputes. Previously, as Senior Corporate Counsel at Ameren from February 2017 to March 2021, Charlene led legal efforts for renewable energy projects and supported M&A and procurement initiatives. Charlene also held roles as Associate General Counsel at Anheuser-Busch Companies, LLC, and as Associate Attorney at Stinson Morrison Hecker and Rose Law Firm. Charlene holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and East Asian Studies from Vanderbilt University.
