Vimal Romeo Thottumgal

Vimal Romeo Thottumgal is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in data science and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Enel since September 2018, Vimal has led significant projects aimed at enhancing customer interactions for the Italian market, supporting the marketing department in anticipating customer needs. Prior experience includes a Senior Data Scientist role at frog Italy, where responsibilities included managing multiple projects and training junior staff, as well as work at EY, where Vimal developed customer sentiment dashboards and executed customer segmentation using machine learning. Vimal’s earlier roles include positions at ICONSULTING and WNS, focusing on recommender systems, email classification, and consumer research analysis.
