Earle Brown

Earle Brown has over 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. Earle worked at EnerBank USA as the Vice President and Program Sponsor Division Manager since April 2013. Prior to that, they worked at FISERV as the AVP Shared Services from February 2008 to February 2013. From February 2006 to February 2008, they worked at Fiserv Lending Solutions as an Assistant Vice President. Earle started their career at EnerBank USA in June 1998 and held the position of Senior Vice President, Operations until February 2005. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the bank's operations, including origination, servicing, customer service, dealer support, collections, and IT.

Earle Brown started their education journey in 1978 by pursuing a Diploma in Forestry from Lakehead University, which they completed in 1980. After a few years, they enrolled at Mary Baldwin University from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. In 1991, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, completing it in 1993. Continuing their academic pursuits, Earle Brown attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking from 2001 to 2003, where they graduated with a Diploma of Graduation in Banking and Financial Support Services.
