Jenna Dowdle

Jenna Dowdle has several years of experience in various roles at EnerBank USA. Jenna started in 2012 as a Lender and then progressed to become an Operations Specialist, Senior Operations Specialist, Business Implementation Analyst II, and Software Business Analyst II. Currently, Jenna is an Agile Product Owner II at EnerBank USA. In addition to their work at EnerBank, Jenna has completed internships at South Davis Community Hospital and Salt Lake County, where they gained experience in therapeutic recreation and adaptive recreation programs. Jenna also worked as a Part Time Pool Manager at South Mountain Community Pool, where they oversaw lifeguards, swim instructors, and managed pool maintenance.

Jenna Dowdle obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from the University of Utah from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Music at Salt Lake Community College from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Jenna also holds certifications in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in October 2020, and Lucidchart Essentials from Lucid, obtained in September 2019.
