Ken Zhu

Ken Zhu has extensive work experience in credit and debt management, payment management, and risk management. Ken has held various roles in reputable companies such as Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, Enercare Inc., Wonga Canada Inc., Direct Energy Marketing Limited, and TeleTech. Ken has successfully implemented strategies to reduce bad debt, monitored collection KPIs, and managed collection teams. Ken is a result-oriented professional with a creative mindset and a track record of overcoming challenges.

Ken Zhu attended Guangdong University of Foreign Studies from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business. In 2016, they also received a certification as a Realtor from the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
