Rupal Solanki

Rupal Solanki has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Business Analyst at Reliance Home Comfort from 2007 to 2009. Rupal then became a Supervisor in Shared Services & Leads Management at the same company until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as the Manager of Business Analysis and Sales Performance Reporting at Reliance Home Comfort. In 2013, they briefly served as the Manager of Sales Effectiveness at SHS Services Management (Sears Home Services). Finally, in 2014, Rupal joined Enercare Inc. and held various positions, including Senior Analyst and Senior Manager. Currently, they are working as the Director of Data Strategy and Analytics at Enercare Inc.

Rupal Solanki completed the Leadership Development for Mid Career Women program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2020. Rupal earned an MBA from Gujarat University between 2005 and 2007, focusing on quantitative analysis, strategic management, entrepreneurship, project management, and HRM. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from South Gujarat University from 2001 to 2003.
