Bryan Phillips

Bryan Phillips, P.E. has over 18 years of experience in the electric transmission, distribution, and substation industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Enercon Services, Inc. since April 2016, Bryan provides leadership to a team of over 260 members, focusing on safety, diversity, and technical training, while driving the strategic vision for the Power Delivery Division. Prior roles include Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager, where Bryan led teams to deliver safe and cost-effective engineering solutions. Bryan’s professional journey also includes significant positions at Tampa Electric, Stantec, the University of Kentucky, and QORE Property Sciences. Bryan holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and Western Kentucky University, respectively.
