Nathan C. Hatfield

Nathan C. Hatfield has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Temporary Laborer at The Shepherd Color Company in 2006. Nathan then progressed to various positions within the company, including Maintenance Clerk, MRO Buyer, Production Supervisor, Human Resources Specialist, and ultimately became the Human Resources Manager until 2019. Nathan then moved on to Enerfab in 2019 as the Manager of Organizational Development and later transitioned to the Director of Human Resources for Enerfab Power & Industrial in 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Supplemental Instructor/Tutor at Ball State University from 2008 to 2011.

Nathan C. Hatfield has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Secondary Education; History from Ball State University. Nathan also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and the Lumina Learning Practitioner.
