Kirstin Janocha

Kirstin Janocha currently serves as Head of Communications for Mission Innovation, beginning in March 2022, where responsibilities include developing and executing communications strategies and managing various communications outputs. Concurrently, Kirstin works at Energetics, leading the Climate and Community Team as a Senior Energy Analyst, primarily supporting federal clients with climate adaptation and clean energy projects. Previous positions include consulting at HRIC MD INC, managing organizational development, and serving as a Teaching Assistant at Lehigh University for an environmental law course. Kirstin's early career features roles at NOAA and Washington College, focusing on risk communication and environmental education. Kirstin holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Policy Design from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Washington College, along with ongoing studies at University College Cork.
