Parker Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2005, they worked as a Sales Director, Biz-Development, Marketer, and Principal Real Estate Broker for top regional and national companies specializing in sales, marketing, and customer experience. During this time, they learned the importance of building personal connections and rapport in business ventures.

From 2015 to 2019, Parker worked as a Regional Business Development Manager at YESCO, where they prioritized customer needs and built lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and friends.

In 2019, they joined Global Payments Integrated as a Senior Strategic Partner Manager and later became a Sr. Sales and Business Development Manager. Parker played a crucial role in managing partnerships and driving revenue growth.

From 2020 to 2021, Parker worked as the Director of Brand & Marketing Strategy at Dentive, where they streamlined marketing operations and managed a multi-million dollar SEM ad-spend budget.

In 2021, they joined CoStar Group as an Account Executive, responsible for managing a book of business and providing data services to the commercial real estate and PropTech industries.

In 2016, Parker became the Principal Real Estate Broker at Utah Referral Network, overseeing residential real estate referral brokerage and ensuring compliance with referral fee commissions.

Most recently, in 2023, they became the Director of Business Development at ShipEX, where they focus on delivering personalized shipping services to meet customer needs.

Parker Smith obtained an Associates Degree in Generals and Pre-Business Studies from the University of Utah from 2003 to 2005. Continuing their education, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013 where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing. In addition to their academic achievements, Parker obtained a Real Estate Broker certification from the Utah Division of Real Estate in August 2009.
