David Morrow

David Morrow is currently working as an Energy Policy Analyst at Energia since October 2022. Prior to this role, David was employed as a Policy and Communications Manager at the Northern Ireland Assembly from March 2020 to August 2021. David has a diverse background with experience in finance, program leadership, and policy analysis. David holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAEW. David is known for their expertise in strategic campaign issues, legislative analysis, and financial analysis.
