Joanne Moore

Joanne Moore is an experienced professional in organizational learning and change management, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Learning, Development & Change at Énergie NB Power since April 2016. In this role, Joanne leads a team focused on adult learning and preparing the organization for transformational changes in response to new technologies and evolving customer expectations. Prior to this, Joanne held the positions of Senior Advisor and Director of Business Innovation at NB Power from September 2010 to April 2016, contributing to business innovation initiatives within the organization.
