Suzanne Desrosiers

Suzanne Desrosiers has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Suzanne started their career at Énergie NB Power in 1988, holding positions such as Labour Relations Officer, Employment Officer, and Manager of Employment and Diversity. In 2000, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Énergie NB Power - Point Lepreau GS. Suzanne then moved to Énergie NB Power as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Customer Service, Distribution, and Transmission in 2005. In 2011, they joined NBCC as the Executive Director of Human Resources Development and later became the VP of Employee and Student Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Énergie NB Power, starting in 2021.

Suzanne Desrosiers holds a post-graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, obtained in 2019. Suzanne also has a Master's degree in Career Counseling and Human Development from the University of New Brunswick, completed between 1995 and 2000. Suzanne'sBachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) was earned from Université de Moncton in the years 1984 to 1988. In terms of certifications, they are an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, which they received in September 2020.
