John Adams

John Adams is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in environmental assessment and permitting within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Energinet since January 2021, John oversees permitting and consenting for significant projects, including the Danish Energy Islands and interconnectors in the North Sea. Prior positions include leading the Marine Environment Team at Energinet and roles at MOE Denmark, WSP Danmark, and Ramboll Oil & Gas, where John managed various environmental projects and contributed to major undertakings like the Nord Stream gas pipeline. John holds a Master's degree in Environmental Impact Assessment & Auditing from the University of East Anglia and dual Bachelor's degrees in Geography from The University of Sheffield and Københavns Universitet.
