Blake Jones

Blake Jones is a Product Development Lead at La Foundary, focusing on sustainability through material science and nature-based solutions since September 2024. Concurrently, Blake serves as a Customer & Operations Vacationer Consultant at KPMG Australia, with additional roles in concierge and corporate hospitality since March 2022. As the Sponsorships VP and Treasurer for the University of Queensland Innovation and Entrepreneurship Society (UQIES), Blake successfully registered the organization as a charity and achieved a 148% year-over-year increase in memberships. Previous experience includes an internship at Nuvo, a Student Fellow at Startmate, and a Business Analyst position at Take 3 for the Sea, alongside freelance work as a product photographer. Blake's earlier roles encompass bartending and supervisory positions in the hospitality sector. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning at The University of Queensland, Blake also holds a Queensland Certificate of Education from Matthew Flinders Anglican College.
