Melody Lafleur

Melody Lafleur is an experienced consultant in management currently employed at Phinest since June 2022. Prior to this role, Melody worked at Stantec from May 2018 to June 2022, holding positions such as Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Junior Recruiter at Mavenly.be and as a Junior Cabin Crew Member at TUI Airlines Belgium. Furthermore, internship positions were completed at IBF International Consulting as a Junior Assistant Project Manager and at the Directorate General of Development Cooperation within the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs focusing on Digital for Development. Melody holds a Master's degree in Population and Development Sciences with a focus on Development Cooperation and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Liège.
