Einat Lustmann

Einat Lustmann serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Econergy Renewable Energy Ltd. since May 2023 and at Energix - Renewable Energies since 2020, focusing on renewable energy projects including photovoltaics and wind power across Israel, the US, and Europe. Prior experience includes leading business development in Israel for Orège SA, an international technology firm specializing in sludge treatment solutions (2019-2020), and serving as Acting CEO and Legal Counsel for Ariel Sharon Park, a major environmental rehabilitation project (2018-2019). Previously, Einat held roles as Deputy Legal Counselor and Compliance Officer at Mekorot Development & Enterprise (2008-2017) and Associate Legal Counsel at the Government Companies Authority (2003-2008). Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Business Law from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Laws from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
