Melanie Ross, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Energize Group, a parent company of four award-winning brands specializing in Digital and Technology staffing solutions since January 2017. Prior to this role, Melanie held various positions at KDR Recruitment Ltd, including Operations Manager and Head of Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed annual budget management and establishing a robust online presence for the company. Earlier experience includes roles at Divinitas IT, Omni Resource Management Solutions Ltd, Adecco, and Rullion Computer Personnel, with a focus on recruitment and training within the IT sector. Melanie is further enhancing professional qualifications through education at Avado, starting in October 2021.
