Lesly Ann Yulo is a seasoned HR professional with over 13 years of experience, currently serving as the Culture & OD Manager at Energy Development Corporation since December 2010, where expertise in Performance Management Systems has been demonstrated. Previous roles at Energy Development Corporation include HR Partner, HR Specialist in Talent Management and Performance Management, and HR Specialist in Organizational Effectiveness.
