Kristen Barley

Kristen Barley currently serves as the Executive Director at Energy Education Foundation since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen held multiple leadership positions at Susan G. Komen, including Executive Director for the Gulf Coast Region and Executive Director for Houston from November 2020 to November 2023, as well as Senior Development Director at Susan G. Komen Houston from July 2018 to November 2020. Kristen's earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager and Project Coordinator at Spindletop Charities, Inc. from March 2008 to June 2018, and marketing representation and training facilitation at Lexus USA from 2003 to March 2008. Kristen started a career in global training supervision and programming analysis at Weatherford International from January 1998 to May 2003. Kristen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston between 1995 and 1998.
