Christopher Rietscha

Christopher Rietscha is an experienced operations and nuclear professional with a background in electrical engineering. Currently serving as Operations Shift Manager at Beaver Valley Power Plant for Vistra Corp. since March 2024, Christopher has held various roles at Energy Harbor since July 2012, including Senior Reactor Operator and Operations Shift Manager. Previous experience includes positions as Nuclear Unit Supervisor in Training and Project Manager at FENOC from 2012 to November 2016, as well as Unit Engineer at FirstEnergy from 2003 to 2012. Christopher earned a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh between 1994 and 1999.
