Mercedes join Energy Impact Partners in December 2021 as an HR & Operations Analyst, supporting the Human Resources, Operations and Compliance teams. Prior to EIP, Mercedes work at H&R Block where she held roles as a Data Coordinator, Tax Associate, and Client Services Coordinator.
