Martin Lott

Martin Lott has extensive work experience in the energy and engineering industries. Martin is currently serving as the Vice President of Program Operations at Energy Infrastructure Partners, where they oversee operational aspects of various programs. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Engineering and Technical Services at the same company.

From 2012 to 2021, Martin worked at Cascade Energy, Inc. Martin started as an Energy Performance Manager and eventually became a Program Manager. During their time at Cascade, they played a significant role in establishing the company as a premier Strategic Energy Management (SEM) provider. Martin was involved in the formation of the Northwest SEM Collaborative and the North American SEM Collaborative.

Before joining Cascade Energy, Martin worked as a Senior Associate at Strategic Energy Group from 2008 to 2012. Martin contributed to the development and implementation of SEM programs, playing a vital role in shaping the foundation of SEM efforts across North America.

Martin also gained valuable experience as a Business Development Manager at Dolphin Software in 2007, where they focused on market expansion through partnerships and product development. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of hyPeer Solutions from 2006 to 2007.

In addition, Martin worked as a Marketing Intern at Oregon Community Credit Union in 2006, leading cross-functional teams and providing strategic recommendations for emerging market opportunities. Martin also had an engineering role at Intermech, Inc. from 2004 to 2005, managing subcontracts and supervising a team of designers.

Martin started their career as an Engineering Research Intern at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in 2003, where they contributed to the development of computer programs and supported nuclear waste removal operations.
