Shivani Dham

Shivani Dham has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Shivani worked as a Billing and Revenue Assurance Manager at Energy Locals from July 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Customer Contact Manager at Energy Locals from July 2020 to July 2021. Before joining Energy Locals, they worked at Pacific Hydro as a Compliance Manager from April 2018 to July 2020. Shivani also held the position of Team Manager Revenue at Red Energy from November 2015 to April 2018. In their earlier career, they worked at Lumo Energy in various roles including Complaints Team Manager from May 2014 to October 2015, Customer Service Team Manager from October 2010 to April 2014, and Sales and Retention Expert from November 2006 to September 2010. Shivani started their career as an Interior Designer at Interior Design from March 2004 to August 2006.

Shivani Dham completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Annamalai University between 2001 and 2004. Shivani then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Punjab University from 2004 to 2006.
