Blain Highland

Blain Highland serves as an Application Systems Analyst at Energy Northwest since August 2016, focusing on enhancing and maintaining Watson AI solutions, programming support for Asset Suite EAM software, and Oracle and MS SQL Server databases. Prior experience includes roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as an Instructional Technologist and Sr Nuclear Accreditation Specialist, and as a Chemistry & Radiation Protection Technician at Diablo Canyon Power Plant. Blain also worked as a Radiation Protection Technician at Bartlett Nuclear and held multiple positions with the US Navy, including Radiological Control Technician and Engineering Laboratory Technician. Currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Computer Science at Oregon State University, Blain holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology.
