Juan Miguel Pinto has a diverse work experience in the energy and water industries. Juan Miguel started their career at Energy Recovery Inc. in 2005 as a Project Engineer, where they led cross-functional projects and identified R&D projects for the company's global strategy. Juan Miguel then became a Senior Engineer, overseeing the development of new products and directing projects with cross-functional teams. In 2011, Pinto transitioned to the role of Sales Manager, focusing on the desalination industry and managing relationships with various companies. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of the Water Unit, responsible for strategic sales and overseeing operations. In 2020, Pinto took on the role of Director of Sales & Strategy, Americas. Additionally, Pinto served as President of ALADYR from 2016 to 2022, where they developed a management strategy that significantly increased membership.
