Adrian Dawe

Adrian Dawe is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor and hands-on supporter at Energy Research Lab Ltd and as a Fractional CFO and Advisor at OX Delivers since October 2023, Adrian also operates as a Portfolio CFO, Coach, and Advisor since January 2020. Previous roles include CFO at UNDO, a leading carbon dioxide removal company, and CFO at Episode 1 Ventures, a Seed VC firm, where coaching portfolio founders was a key responsibility. As the Founder & CEO of Bookabees, Adrian led the startup to profitability, and held significant finance roles at Sofar Sounds, Eagle Rock Entertainment, and British Sky Broadcasting. Adrian's career began at Deloitte UK, where foundational expertise in corporate finance and audit was developed. Adrian is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Southampton.
