Devaughn Ogles

DeVaughn O. is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Technical Lead for the Illinois Shines Program Administrator team at Energy Solutions since July 2022. Responsibilities include providing photovoltaic expertise and conducting cost analysis for solar projects. Prior roles include Project Manager at Energy Solutions, where DeVaughn processed solar program applications and liaised with stakeholders, Resource Management Specialist at California ISO, focusing on meter equipment development and data management, and multiple internships, including a Renewable Energy Intern at SMUD. DeVaughn holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Merced.
