Taylor Demars

Taylor DeMars is a skilled Project Engineer at Energy Steel, with experience in constructing nuclear power plant components through the transformation of OEM blueprints into 3-D models. Previously, Taylor served as an Engineering Change Specialist at Stellantis Automobiles, where responsibilities included managing engineering changes across multiple vehicle platforms. Prior to that, Taylor worked as a Machine Builder at Nachi Robotic Systems, focusing on automation systems and tooling fabrication. Additionally, Taylor has a background as a Machinist Mate in the US Navy, overseeing operations and maintenance of Naval Nuclear Power Plant systems. Early career roles included managing inventory and sales at Oxford Orion Plumbing Heating and Cooling and performing landscaping work at Barkman Landscaping Inc. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Mott Community College.
