Thomas Badhams

Thomas Badhams is a Programme and Operations Manager at Energy Systems Catapult since January 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at National Grid from September 2017 to January 2023, including Regulatory Reporting Lead and Improvement Specialist. Before their time at National Grid, Thomas worked at Calor Gas Ltd from October 2010 to September 2017 as a Project Manager, Installation Supervisor, and Distribution Analyst. Thomas also has experience working as an Alarms Administrator/Hr Assistant/Finance Assistant at Rocksure Systems / Triex Security Ltd from July 2008 to June 2009. Thomas holds a 2:1 degree in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University and certifications in Lean Competency, Lean Six Sigma, and Logistics and Transport Management.
