Curtis Brown, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Operations Services Manager at Energy Systems Group, where responsibilities include overseeing facilities operations, security, and maintenance for multiple utility plants across Georgia and Tennessee. With experience managing a team of seven direct reports, Curtis ensures operational performance through regular site visits. Prior to this role, Curtis was employed as a Plant Engineer at Zartic Inc and served with the US Navy for over two decades, retiring as a Senior Chief Engineman. Curtis holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Technology from Auburn University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwood University.
