Matthew Bartling

Matthew Bartling is an experienced engineering professional with a background in process and energy engineering. Currently serving as a Measurement and Verification Engineer at Energy Systems Group since May 2023, Matthew previously held roles as a Process Engineer at James Hardie from January 2022 to July 2023 and as an Energy Engineer at the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality from February 2021 to January 2022. Prior experience includes positions as a Process Engineer at LyondellBasell from July 2017 to July 2020, along with two separate Process Engineer Co-op roles at LyondellBasell in 2015. Matthew also gained insight into operational excellence as an intern at Air Products in the summer of 2015. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2017.
