Bernadette McBarron

Bernadette McBarron currently serves as the Director of People Operations for Asia Pacific at Energy Vault since June 2022. Prior to this role, Bernadette was Head of Human Resources for Australia and New Zealand at ICON plc from May 2020 to June 2022. Bernadette also held the position of Human Resources Senior Management Consultant at McBarron HR Consulting from July 2019 to April 2020. From August 2012 to July 2019, Bernadette worked at Amgen in various roles, including Human Resources Director for JAPAC and Director of Human Resources for several divisions. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Consulting and Divisional Area Human Resources Director covering Pacific Asia Africa at Abbott Laboratories.
