Ethan started their career in 2002 at EnergyNet, where they held multiple roles including Managing Director and Vice President of Business Development. In these positions, they focused on marketing and developing an online marketplace for the sale and purchase of oil and gas assets. Ethan also worked as the Assistant Marketing Director at the Texas Panhandle Heritage Foundation.
