Laure Vandewalle-Delaume

Laure Vandewalle-Delaume is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as DRH France at Eneria since August 2023. Prior to this role, Laure was Group Head of Human Resources at Advans Microfinance Network from March 2020 to August 2023, where Laure was also an Executive Committee Member. Laure's extensive background includes positions such as Human Resources Business Partner at Groupe CAT (2019-2020) and Group Head of Human Resources Development at CFAO (2002-2019), where Laure was a member of the Leadership Group. Additional roles at CFAO included Head of HR, internal communication & CSR for CFAO Morocco and Human Resources Manager for CFAO Automotive. Laure began the career at Sommer Allibert as HR Development and Recruitment Manager and later as a Human Resources Intern. Laure holds a Master's degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources from Clermont School of Business, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
