Ashok Ranadive

Ashok Ranadive has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ashok is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Enerlly since November 2018 and an Early Investor at PeopleShores since April 2019. In addition, they are a Seed Investor at Lightbeam since February 2021.

Previously, Ashok worked at CasperLabs as the Director of Partnerships & Professional Services from January 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they served as the Senior Program Manager from July 2019 to January 2021.

Ashok's earliest work experience was with the Indian Navy, where they served as a Commander involved in the localization, development, and integration of submarine equipment. Ashok worked on the Unconventional Submarine Building project of the Indian Navy & DRDO for over 10 years, collaborating with leading foreign and Indian OEMs.

Throughout their career, Ashok has demonstrated expertise in leadership, investments, partnerships, program management, sales operations, and technical program management. Ashok has also been actively involved in innovation, automation, and restructuring efforts in various organizations.

Ashok started their education journey at VJTI, University of Mumbai, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1983 to 1987. Ashok then pursued a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering & Technology at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from 1991 to 1992.
