Senior Engineering Lab Technician at Enerpac Corp.

Bill Smilko has over 20 years of work experience in various technical roles. Bill most recently worked at Enerpac as a Senior Engineering Lab Technician, where they set up and developed tests according to engineers' requirements. Prior to that, they worked at Hydraulic Engineering Services as a Cylinder Technician, where they disassembled, inspected, repaired, and rebuilt hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. Bill also traveled to customer sites to perform repairs on site. Before that, they worked at Allcast LLC as a Die Repair Technician, where they cleaned, repaired, and set up dies for production. Bill also performed minor machining tasks for the production department. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Auto Dismantler at LKQ, an Auto Tech at Reilly Motors Inc, a Transport Refrigeration Technician at Fleet Climate Service LLC, a Transport Refrigeration Tech/Foreman at Transport Refrigeration Inc, and a Mechanic/Delivery driver at Kipp's Lawnmower Sales and Service. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Hartford High School, where they obtained a diploma in General Studies.

In 1999, they enrolled in the Universal Technical Institute and pursued an associates degree in Automotive, Diesel, and Industrial Technology. Bill completed their degree in 2000.

Additionally, in October 2000, they obtained the EPA 608 Type II Certification from the ESCO Institute.
