Stephen Hendrickson

Stephen Hendrickson has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Eastern Kentucky University. With extensive experience in quality management roles at various companies such as EnerSys, Ruskin, Graham Packaging, Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc., and NI Autowindow Systems, Stephen has a proven track record of managing quality assurance, compliance to ISO standards, customer PPAPs, routine audits, root cause corrective action, gauge calibration, and revision and creation of work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans. Stephen has also overseen the management and development of QA technicians and engineers, as well as handled disposition and reporting of scrap and non-conforming product inventory.
