Rania Massoud has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. Rania started their career in 2012 as a Help Desk Support Engineer at Bavaria firefighting, where they managed web servers, troubleshooted network connection and proxy issues, provided support for Microsoft Exchange Email Servers and Microsoft Office, and installed and supported network devices.

In 2014, Rania joined Schlumberger as an Application Support Analyst. Rania provided remote support for Motorola Handheld scanners, upgraded OS and installed applications, and debugged Wi-Fi connections.
