Sue Engasser

Sue Engasser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and member experience. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at Enervee since April 2023, Sue previously held the position of Head of Member Experience, Content & Retention at Vessel from August 2020 to April 2023. Prior roles include Inside Sales Manager- Business Development and Onboarding at ACV Auctions, Head of Customer Experience at Bak USA, and Director of Customer Experience at Pure Solutions, where responsibilities also encompassed serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Logistics Manager. Sue began the career as an Administrative Assistant in the Global division of PURE. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Buffalo State University.
