Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Advantech Europe B.V., where they also worked as a Legal Counsel - Consultant. Todd also gained valuable experience as a Compliance Counsel - Consultant at YAZAKI EUROPE LIMITED. Todd served as the Senior Director Compliance at LM Wind Power and played a crucial role as the Global EPC & JV Compliance Leader at GE Power. Before that, they were the Global Compliance Leader at GE Water. Todd also worked as a Compliance Leader & Senior Counsel at GE Capital EMEA - Working Capital Solutions. Todd began their career as a Legal Counsel at Imation Europe B.V. Todd's career spans over several years, showcasing their expertise and dedication to the legal and compliance field.

Todd Smith attended Alma College from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business. Following this, they pursued higher education at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law from 1989 to 1993, obtaining a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
