Lee Rhodes

Lee Rhodes is currently the Operations Manager at enfinium, leading a team to ensure the safe and compliant operation of the 3rd largest WtE plant in the U.K. Prior to this, Lee held similar positions at BWSC Generation Services UK Ltd and Phoenix Operation and Maintenance Company LLC in Oman, where they managed teams and operations of power plants. Lee has a strong background in engineering and industrial management, with degrees from the University of Lincoln and certifications from the Chartered Management Institute and NEBOSH.
