Kenneth Ward has a strong background in engineering and management roles within the aerospace industry. Kenneth currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Enflite, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to this, Kenneth served as the Engineering Manager at AeroVentions, llc from 2014 to 2019, where they were responsible for developing VIP aircraft interior products and establishing AS9100 processes and procedures. Kenneth also worked as an Engineering Program Manager at Technology Kitchen from 2013 to 2014, where they coordinated the development of aircraft cabin environmental control units. Kenneth's earlier experience includes roles as the Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering at Enflite Inc. from 1998 to 2013, where they led engineering teams in the development of galley appliances, cabin equipment, and divans. Kenneth also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Eaton Corporation from 1997 to 1998, where they worked on solving reliability problems of complex capital equipment. Prior to that, Kenneth served as the Equipment Engineering Section Head at Freescale Semiconductor from 1993 to 1997, where they led a TPM team and managed a large-scale manufacturing floor layout improvement project.
Kenneth Ward pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, completing their education from 1984 to 1988.
