Erik Pickering

Erik Pickering is President of Tracers, where he manages operations and implements strategies to ensure ongoing increasing market share and revenue while providing solutions that align with the Enformion vision.

Erik has over 25 years of experience in running and growing multiple businesses. As president of the Consumer Division of First Advantage Corporation, he ran two data business units: the US Search and the Homeowners Club. Prior to his work at First Advantage, Erik also spent some time in the financial field, managing Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. His responsibilities at Bridgewater included research data operations, trading desk oversight and company-wide security. Erik has held senior leadership positions at some of the most successful Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Procter & Gamble.

Erik earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
