Jennifer Addabbo

Jennifer Addabbo is the Co-Founder and CEO of engage fi. Jennifer has over 15 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.

Jennifer started their career in 2007 as a Product Sales Consultant for Fidelity National Information Services. In this role, they were responsible for securing new clients for eBanking services including: Online Banking, Bill Payment and Presentment, Electronic Statements, Online Account Opening, Telephone Banking, Web Services and Mobile Banking. During their time at Fidelity, Jennifer sold $60 million in eBanking Services.

In 2010, Jennifer left Fidelity to join PSCU Financial Services as their Vice President of Sales. At PSCU, Jennifer was responsible for leading the National Sales Team in selling the full suite of credit union services. In just two years, they built the sales team from scratch and led them to close $32 million in contracts. In 2012, Jennifer earned the MoPro (President's Club) Award for their exceptional contribution to the organization. The following year, they continued to develop and implement tools and strategies that led their team to close $60 million in contract value.

In 2014, Jennifer left PSCU to start their own company, engage fi. engage fi is a financial technology company that provides solutions that help financial institutions better engage with their customers. Under Jennifer's leadership, engage fi has become one of the fastest growing companies in the financial technology space.

Jennifer Addabbo received a Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.
