Nikki H.

Nikki H. has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Nikki is currently working as the Director of People and Operations at Engage R+D, where they help nonprofits, foundations, and public agencies measure their impact and foster learning and innovation. Before that, they worked at UpTogether as the Director of People and HR, where they trusted and invested in low-income families to achieve prosperity. Prior to that, Nikki served as an HR Management Consultant and Chief Operating Officer at Fugees Family, Inc. Nikki also held positions at Uncommon Schools, Trinity Boston Connects, Commonwealth Corporation, and One Family, where they gained experience in roles such as Senior Director of Operations, Founding School Leader, Operations, Director of Finance and Operations, and Program Manager.

Nikki H. holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from The University of Georgia, which was completed in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Springfield College in 2006. In 2004, Nikki obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from UMass Boston. Nikki has also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in October 2020.
