Kim Morgan

Kim Morgan is an accomplished transformation leader with extensive experience across various sectors, including healthcare, energy, and consultancy. Currently serving as Group Transformation Director at Millbrook Healthcare and as Founder of High Agency, a coaching consultancy dedicated to supporting women through life changes, Kim has demonstrated expertise in change management and program consultancy. Previous roles include Global Change Management Lead at Informa and Head of Programmes at Utilita Energy, as well as several leadership positions in organizations such as Serco, Kingfisher plc, and The Nursing and Midwifery Council, showcasing a strong track record in managing complex programs and driving successful transformation initiatives.
