Maximiliano González Scarano

Maximiliano González Scarano is a Chemical Engineer with a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Currently serving as a Growth Associate at Engage Tech Partners since June 2022, Maximiliano has developed and executed growth strategies to attract customers and support sales efforts. Previously, at Grupo Arcor from November 2016 to January 2022, Maximiliano held various roles, including implementing an Industry 4.0 project in collaboration with Siemens, leading a quality management team to ensure factory compliance, and working as an SGI Analyst to enhance operational efficiency through lean methodologies. Maximiliano also gained teaching experience as a General Chemistry intern at the National University of Córdoba while pursuing academic studies that laid a strong foundation for technical and management skills.
